• How Used: GPS coordinates are processed instantly to match your location to nearby venues, roads, or spatial markers.
• No Continuous Tracking: We do not record, log, or store a historical route or continuous movement trail of your location throughout the day.

B. Camera & Photo Overlays

If you choose to use camera features or post photos:

• Camera access is requested strictly to capture live images or display visual venue overlays.
• Uploaded media attached to a venue feed becomes publicly visible to other users viewing that location.

C. User Sentiment & Posts

Ratings, sentiment indicators, tags, and photos you submit are stored in association with the specific spatial venue or geographic coordinate and are subject to automated decay mechanics.

D. Cookies, Local Storage & Technical Data

We use essential local browser storage (localStorage, sessionStorage) rather than invasive cross-site advertising trackers:

• wotsitlike_consent: Stores your cookie and location consent choices so you aren't prompted repeatedly.
• Session Cache: Temporarily stores local spatial query results on your device to minimize network usage and extend battery life.
• Technical Logs: Standard browser logs (IP address, user-agent, error logs) used for security monitoring and system maintenance.

• Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)): Processing precise GPS coordinates, accessing camera feeds, and setting non-essential local storage. You can withdraw consent at any time.

• Public Feed Visibility: Posts, ratings, and photos attached to a venue are visible to other users viewing that location.

• No Data Selling: We never sell, rent, or trade your personal or location data to third-party advertisers or brokers.

• Community venue posts and sentiment indicators are engineered with automated decay mechanics and automatically expire from active feeds after a defined period.
• System logs are routinely purged.
